Quickest Way to Boldt Castle!
Tickets for the Boldt Castle Shuttle are ONLY available at our ticket booth starting at 9:00 AM and cannot be purchased online or in advance.

- Runs every 30 minutes after the first trip
- Duration: Approximately 10 minutes
Our shuttle operates every day that Heart Island is open to visitors. It’s the fastest way to get to Boldt Castle, but not the only way—our daytime scenic cruises also offer an optional stop at Boldt Castle at the end of your tour.

Important Notes
- Approximately 1.5 hours before Boldt Castle closes, we stop bringing new visitors to Heart Island.
- Shuttle continues until all visitors return to Alexandria Bay.

- PASSPORT NOT REQUIRED
- All cruises are smoke-free
- No pets allowed on Heart Island or Boldt Castle (except registered service animals)
