Safety of passengers and staff has always been the #1 priority at Uncle Sam Boat Tours. In order to take every possible precaution to protect those aboard our vessels we will be undertaking the following measures:
Current Covid 19 guidelines put forth at the federal level will require all passengers aboard any Uncle Sam vessel to abide by the following rules:
- Masks must be worn at all times, except for passengers who are seated while eating and/or drinking.
- Passengers will be seated in a fashion to allow for social distancing.
- Seating will be assigned by USBT staff based on the time and date of the ticket purchase.
- If you are traveling with a group, please buy tickets together or contact the office in advance so we may seat you as one group.
Uncle Sam Boat Tours reserves the right to make changes to this policy based on current conditions and new guidelines throughout the season. Please revisit our webpage before traveling to confirm what actions are being taken at that time.
Seating will be assigned at the Ticket Booth as tickets are sold. Once you are seated in your assigned area you may only remove your mask only while eating or drinking.
Boldt & Singer Castles will also require masks for any guests entering inside a building.
Concessions will be available onboard and our crews will be following stringent cleaning guidelines.
These guidelines are subject to change without notice at any time.
