Weddings at Boldt Castle, Heart Island
- All arrangements must be made directly with Boldt Castle by calling Shane Sanford at (315) 482-9724 when the castle is open for the season or (315) 482-2501 after the castle closes.
- REGULARLY SCHEDULED BOLDT CASTLE SHUTTLE: Uncle Sam Boat Tours provides shuttle service to Heart Island daily every half hour from 10 am to 5 pm off season and from 10 am to 6 pm in season from our docks located at the foot of James Street in downtown Alexandria Bay. For wedding parties, we set aside a block of tickets for their guests to pick up on the day of the ceremony. The castle shuttle seats 82 passengers therefore for larger groups guests should be given several departure times to choose from. You are charged for only those tickets that are actually used. The discounted rates of
- $5 for guests aged 13 and older and - $2.50 for children ages 4 to 12 years of age will apply. Children 3 and under are free.
- PRIVATE CHARTER: Uncle Sam Boat Tours can provide a double decked vessel capable of seating a maximum of
150 passengers in good weather and 100 passengers should inclement weather prevail. This option allows everyone to be transported at one time over to
Boldt Castle and back. The charter fee is - $800 round-trip. There is one trip over and one trip back. If guests wish to get to the castle earlier than the established departure time, they could take our regularly scheduled castle shuttle at the rates quoted above.
Double decked charter vessels can pick up and drop off at Bonnie Castle
Resort, Riveredge Resort, Edgewood Resort, Pine Tree Point Resort and
the T.I. Club. Unfortunately, pick up and drop off cannot be
arranged at the Thousand Islands Country Club. Offsite pickup
and drop off carries a modest surcharge.
